Change Analysis

Change analysis provides a geographical representation and data table for changes in state economic development spending for all states from the two most recent fiscal years. The states with zero percent change are the ones which released biennial budgets for these two fiscal years. Due to limited available data, the expenditures are equally distributed between the two fiscal years within the biennial budget cycle for these states.
